The service
Darek Crypto Recovery provides cryptocurrency scam investigation, blockchain transaction tracing and evidence reporting. Work is investigative and documentary. We examine public blockchain data and the material you provide, and we set out findings in a written report.
No guarantee of recovery
Nothing we provide is a promise that funds will be recovered, frozen or returned. Recovery depends on third parties — exchanges, payment providers, law enforcement and courts — that we do not control. We do not guarantee any outcome, any timeframe, or that a third party will act on a report we prepare.
No identification, seizure or legal representation
We cannot identify the owners of a wallet from blockchain data, and we do not claim to. We cannot seize, freeze or reverse assets. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice or representation. We are not law enforcement and have no investigative powers beyond examining public data.
Your account
You need an account to submit and manage a case. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for the accuracy of the information in your case. One account per person; cases may only be submitted by the person affected, or by someone able to confirm they act for that person.
Information you must not send
Do not send private keys, seed phrases, wallet passwords, PINs, two-factor codes or exchange login credentials. We do not need them, we will not ask for them, and sharing them can result in the loss of any remaining assets.
Acceptable use
- Submit only information you are entitled to share.
- Do not use the service to investigate people for personal, competitive or unlawful purposes.
- Do not attempt to access cases, files or accounts that are not yours.
- Do not upload malicious files or content that infringes another person's rights.
Fees
Scope and any fee are confirmed in writing before paid work begins. We do not request payment against a promised recovery outcome, and we do not take a percentage of funds that have not been recovered.
Reports and their use
A report is prepared for you and delivered to your case file. You may share it with exchanges, law enforcement, a lawyer or an adviser. A report is not legal advice, is not a guarantee that a third party will accept or act on it, and its usefulness depends on the accuracy of the information supplied to us and on the public data available at the time of the work.
Confidentiality
We treat case information as confidential and restrict access to the case team and administrators. You should also treat our working methods and any report as confidential to your own use, and not publish them.
Ending the service
You can ask us to close your case at any time. We may decline or stop work where a case appears fraudulent, where information supplied is materially false, where the request is unlawful, or where continuing would require us to misrepresent what is possible.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for the acts or omissions of third parties, or for any loss arising from a decision to send funds or credentials to anyone. Our work is the investigation and the report; the outcome of your case is not within our control.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version is always published here. Questions can be sent to us on WhatsApp at +1 (205) 222-7768.
