01

Recovery is not guaranteed

We cannot promise that any funds will be recovered, returned, frozen or reimbursed. No investigator can. Recovery depends on exchanges, payment providers, law enforcement and courts — none of which we control.

02

We cannot identify wallet owners

A blockchain records movements between addresses. It does not record names, identities or intent. We do not claim to identify the people behind a wallet, and we do not attempt to.

03

We cannot seize, freeze or reverse anything

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Freezing and seizure are powers held by third parties. We cannot reverse a transfer, block an address or compel anyone to return funds.

04

We cannot compel exchanges or authorities

We can prepare material that supports a report and explain where it can be sent. We cannot force an exchange, a bank or law enforcement to investigate, respond or act within a timeframe.

05

We are not lawyers or law enforcement

Our work is investigative and documentary. We do not provide legal advice, represent you in proceedings, or exercise any authority. For legal options, consult a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction.

06

Findings depend on the data available

If addresses, hashes or evidence are missing, or funds moved through services that obscure the trail, the work will be limited and the report will say so. Trails can also end where data ends.

07

Reports are not a guarantee of acceptance

An exchange, bank or authority may accept, question or decline a report. We cannot guarantee that a report will be treated as admissible evidence or that it will lead to any action.

08

No hacking, surveillance or access to accounts

We do not attempt to access any wallet, platform, device or account, and we never ask for credentials. We do not conduct surveillance or any activity that requires unauthorised access.

09

Loss figures are client-provided

Any loss amount recorded in a case is supplied by you. We do not independently verify it and we do not present it as an established fact.

10

Timeframes are not fixed

Work takes as long as the data requires. We publish no guaranteed turnaround times because we could not keep them, and progress updates describe the work rather than predicting an outcome.

If you are contacted by a “recovery specialist”

Be cautious of anyone who contacts you first, guarantees a result, asks for an upfront recovery fee, or asks for wallet access or codes. Recovery-fee approaches frequently target people who have already lost money. Do not send funds or credentials, and report the contact to the authorities in your country.
